Permissions used

activeTab — exports only run against the tab you explicitly act on.
scripting — reads supported ChatGPT pages and enables Selected Messages checkboxes.
downloads — saves exported files when you click Download.
Host access is limited to chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com.

Export formats: Markdown, HTML, TXT, PDF, JSON, CSV, and PNG.
Selected Messages mode — pick specific turns to export.
Copy to clipboard or download as file.
Customizable file name prefix and download location.

Privacy

Most exports are processed locally in your browser. PDF export uses a secure cloud API. No analytics or trackers. Read the full privacy policy.
